Joan Eve founded her antique business in 1996 in Historic Ellicott City, Maryland, building a well-known presence in the local antiques community. After her original shop was tragically destroyed in the devastating floods of 2016 and 2018, she transitioned her business to a new chapter. Today, Joan Eve continues her passion for antiques and collectibles in her booth at the Old Glory Antique Marketplace, where customers can still enjoy her carefully curated selections and expertise.
A powerful reminder of this journey remains today, as Joan Eve’s original store sign from before the Ellicott City floods is preserved and on display at the Howard County Historical Society, honoring both her legacy and the history of the community.
